At FörsäkringsGirot, we set ourselves very high standards for regulatory compliance and business ethics. To ensure that we meet these high standards, we have well-established procedures and controls designed to detect misconduct, and we continually assess our day-to-day work to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and our own internal policies.

If, despite our high standards, procedures and controls, you suspect wrongdoing or misconduct, we encourage you to report it.

You can feel completely confident that you will not face unfair treatment or retaliation for reporting, provided that the information is not clearly and deliberately false.

What can I report?

If you suspect misconduct or wrongdoing, you can report your concerns through our whistleblowing service. The misconduct or wrongdoing to be reported must concern matters of significant public interest and may include fraud or corruption, harassment, bullying and discrimination, breaches of health and safety standards, damage to the environment or property, or deliberate breaches of the law.

How do I report?

To make the reporting process as secure, reliable and anonymous as possible, FörsäkringsGirot works with an external partner, &frankly, which provides the whistleblowing service. The link below takes you to the reporting portal, where you can submit reports and receive responses.

When you submit a report, a case ID and a password are displayed, which you must SAVE to view responses and track your case.
